Setting Up SMS Reporting For Your AI Agent

Currently, there are two ways to control SMS reports with Goodcall:

1. In your Account settings in your dashboard

  • Log into your Goodcall dashboard

  • Navigate to your account tab

  • On the right-hand side, under "call reports", unselect "SMS" under "delivery method"

2. Using SMS

  • You can text "STOP" to your agent number to stop getting reports from the Goodcall Assistant

    • In the future, you can send a "START" SMS to the Goodcall number to resume getting reports
