Currently, there are two ways to control SMS reports with Goodcall:
1. In your Account settings in your dashboard
Log into your Goodcall dashboard
Navigate to your account tab
On the right-hand side, under "call reports", unselect "SMS" under "delivery method"
2. Using SMS
You can text "STOP" to your agent number to stop getting reports from the Goodcall Assistant
In the future, you can send a "START" SMS to the Goodcall number to resume getting reports
