The Goodcall Call Quota (Keep Your Account Active)

Context

Once you create an account, we begin tracking how many calls you're receiving per month (calls made from your business number are okay). If after some time, we notice you aren't receiving any calls, we send you two warning messages:

One before account deletion

One after-account deletion

What happens if you don't receive calls?

We track the number of calls our customers receive per month because the numbers we give out to our customers have a cost, so if you receive fewer than 1 call in a 60 day period, your account will be deactivated and your phone number will be released for another business to use.

How we help you avoid account deletion

We recommend posting your Goodcall number in other places to receive calls. To help, we allow our customers to publish their Goodcall number on Google! In your dashboard, under your Knowledge tab, there is a banner at the top of your screen that says ready to publish your # to Google My Business, which will navigate to the page where you can add your agent number and start receiving calls. You're also welcome to post your Goodcall number in other places to increase your call volume.
